Terms of Sale

Purchase Conditions

Terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made through our website.

Last updated: March 16, 2026

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., availability or pricing errors). Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. In case of pricing errors or stock issues, we may cancel and refund your order.

Payments

We use third-party payment processors. Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier to the shipping address you provide (including signature when required). For security, we may ship with signature confirmation for higher-value orders.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for refund, replacement, or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Obtain an RMA/Return Order Number from our support team before returning any item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn and undamaged, in original packaging, with any certificates included. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Exclusions / Special Orders

Custom mountings, made-to-order pieces, or items not explicitly offered on our site are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Certain eternity rings may incur up to a 30% restocking fee if returned due to incorrect sizing.

Warranty

Our fulfillment partner provides a 3-month manufacturer warranty covering defects under normal wear, with select services like ring resizing (within 1 month; nominal fee) and limited stone replacement under size thresholds. Warranty service is administered in the USA and excludes wear-and-tear or damage. Contact support for instructions.

International Orders

Duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Some services (e.g., warranty work) may be available only in the USA; we will provide best-effort alternatives.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Delivery confirmation (and signature when applicable) serves as proof of fulfillment. We may contest unjustified chargebacks with carrier records.
