Delivery & Returns Policy
Everything you need to know about shipping and returning your jewelry.
Shipping
- β’Complimentary delivery: once your jewels are ready, we cover shipping on every orderβno minimums, ever.
- β’Carriers: USPS/UPS (and others where appropriate). PO Boxes and APO addresses generally ship via USPS; the service is always prepaid by us.
- β’Processing times: most in-stock items ship within 1β3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time; any extended lead time will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
- β’Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery remains complimentary even for insured or signature-required parcels.
- β’Signature & insurance: higher-value orders may ship insured with signature required; we still absorb the shipping cost.
Returns (30 days)
1. Request an RMA/Return Order Number from returns@verybeautiful.io (include your order number and reason).
2. Package the item securely in original packaging with any certificates.
3. Prepay return shipping; use a trackable service, insure the package for its full value, and include your Return Number inside the box.

Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 3β5 business days after inspection. Outbound shipping is always complimentary, so there is no delivery fee to refund. Items that show wear, damage, or alteration are ineligible. Custom or special orders are final sale.
Warranty Service (USA)
For warranty evaluation within 3 months of delivery, email warranty@verybeautiful.io with photos and your order number. You are responsible for shipping to the service address; we recommend insured, trackable shipping. Some services (e.g., ring resizing within 1 month; eternity rings excluded) are available for a nominal fee.
