Do you use conflict-free diamonds?
Yes. We source through reputable channels and support international efforts to keep conflict diamonds out of the supply chain.
Are items stamped with metal fineness?
Yes—gold karat or 925 for sterling silver, as required by law.
What is rhodium plating?
A finishing process that gives silver a brighter, more lustrous appearance.
Can I upload my own gift note or packing slip?
Yes—send it with your order number and we'll include it in the box. If none is provided, we ship merchandise-only with no pricing in the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO?
Yes—select USPS for PO Boxes and APO addresses.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our facility.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom/made-to-order items are final sale.
Who handles customer service?
We do. Your customer relationship is with VeryBeautifulOnly—we never share your contact details beyond what's needed to ship your order.
